Lors d’un évènement à Austin au Texas, Nvidia en a profité pour annoncer l’arrivée de deux nouvelles cartes graphiques. Ces dernières suivront l’architecture Pascal et seront nettement plus performantes que les cartes précédentes. Ainsi, à la fin du mois de mai, il sera possible d’utiliser les cartes graphiques GTX 1070 et GTX 1080. Zoom sur ces deux modèles !Un investissement de plusieurs milliards de dollarsSelon le CEO de Nvidia, Jen-Hsun Huang, la conception de ces deux cartes graphiques a coûte plusieurs milliards. Un investissement que l’entreprise américaine trouve raisonnable, puisque les résultats sont percutants. La GTX 1080 présente une mémoire G5X de 8 Go, tandis que la GTX 1070 se dote d’une mémoire classique de 8 Go. Au niveau des prix, il faudra compter 600 dollars pour la GTX 1080 et au moins 379 dollars pour la GTX 1070. Les commercialisations sont prévues pour le 27 mai et pour le 10 juin.
